The receiver cannot be recognized by the computer (QM-PR1)
Please check the following.
- Make sure there are no problems with the USB cable.
- Make sure the USB connectors on the PC and receiver are inserted all the way.
The USB connector may not be inserted all the way. - Make sure you are using the included USB cable.
If you are using a different cable, it may not work properly. - If you are using a USB hub, unplug and plug in the USB between the PC and hub.
We have confirmed that a problem with the hub causes the Windows device driver to not recognize the device.
(We do not recommend using a USB hub.)
