Sony's Next-Level Retail Experience is Here – Get Ready to Shop and Explore!

(SINGAPORE, 1 December 2023) – Sony has opened a new retail store in Singapore –    Sony Store One Holland Village. Located at the vibrant lifestyle destination One Holland Village, the new store is right at the heart of a neighbourhood with rich cultural heritage and people of diverse backgrounds, on top of its unique architecture and lush greenery. Showcasing the latest Sony products, the store offers bespoke services tailored to the location, allowing people to explore the vibrant Holland Village community including photo walks and curated workshops, and product loans which enable them to experience Sony products outside the Sony Store, matching their lifestyles and fulfilling their curiosity.  The store will open its doors to customers on 1 December 2023.

Bespoke shopping experience

The new store seeks to redefine customer experience and the way customers interact with Sony’s latest cutting-edge technology and electronics. Cinephiles can now pre-book exclusive product demo sessions for their preferred BRAVIA TV and soundbars in the dedicated home entertainment area and push the concept of “test before purchase” to the limit, at Sony Store One Holland Village. Offering a personalised shoppers’ experience, customers are welcome to bring their own choice of content for testing. The product consultant will demonstrate how Sony’s latest home entertainment products accentuate the picture quality and details based on the content creator’s intention. What’s more, customers can also pair any headphones they would like to try out with any personal audio player or mobile phone in a comfortable environment to determine the best setup for their needs.

Uniquely and exclusive to Sony Store One Holland Village, shoppers will be able to test Sony products in real-world settings – the store extends a two-hour product loan period for selected digital imaging and personal entertainment products to be experienced outside Sony Store. Further, customers can also book an appointment with a Sony product consultant to walk them through the product features, settings, usage and more.

Engaging the vibrant Holland Village community

Determined to build deeper community engagements, Sony Store One Holland Village will also offer curated monthly workshops such as photo walks which will be open to the community where they can see their favourite Holland Village locations through the lens of a Sony camera. Further, photography enthusiasts can look forward to seeing their content on the store’s 85” BRAVIA TV, where selected photography masterpieces captured by customers will be showcased to visitors of the mall. Spanning over 2,200 square feet, the store exudes calming vibes with soft lighting, warm wood accents and glass walls that invite natural light in.
