Always wanted to find out how our premium suite of lenses measure up? We understand that in our store
environment, it can be difficult for you to assess the full capability of our lenses. With this project, you
will be able to gauge the effectiveness of our lenses through actual field-testing in personal way.
As we only loan out α lenses, you will need to own a Sony E-mount camera to benefit from this programme.
The Lens rental transaction (both pick-up and return) will be done physically via Sony Store, 313@Somerset and
is based on first-come-first-serve basis.
No. As we have limited equipment available, we want to ensure all customers have equal opportunities to
participate.
Each person shall not loan the same equipment within the same month, and there shall be at least 5 days apart.
Overall, there’s also a maximum loan of 2 times for each model per person.
The loan period is five (5) days including both pick-up & return day. Strictly no extension is allowed.
Pick-up and return of equipment is daily (from Monday to Sunday) during Sony Store, 313@Somerset operating
hours (11am to 8pm).

At the point of loan, you are required to inspect the equipment, all defects or malfunctions must be reported
within that time. After which, you will be fully responsible for any damage to the equipment. If repairs or
replacements are required, you will be required to pay all labour, material and shipping charges. If beyond
repair, then equipment will be deemed sold to you at full retail price.
Yes. We have a strict policy against late returns, this is to ensure all customers have equal opportunities to
participate. For the full list of penalty charges, please refer to Annex A.
