Head Tracking function fails when connecting headphones to an Android smartphone via LDAC
We have confirmed that the Head Tracking function does not work properly when the headphones are connected to certain Android smartphone models.
Until this issue is resolved, please use the Sony | Sound Connect app to change the Bluetooth Connection Quality to 'Prioritize Stable Connection' when playing Head Tracking-supported content.
