The headphones come with a voice assist feature, so you can control them hands-free.
You can use voice assist to play music, check the news, manage your schedule, and look things up.

If the voice assist sounds too quiet, adjust the headphones' volume while voice assist is active. Settings and controls vary depending on the voice assist you use.

You can use Quick Attention Mode to temporarily lower the music volume and quickly hear what's happening around you. It helps you catch announcements on trains or hear someone when they speak to you.

Quick Attention Mode works only while you touch the entire touch sensor control panel on the Right earcup.

When Speak-to-Chat is enabled, the headphones automatically enter the Speak-to-Chat mode when they detect that you're speaking while wearing them. This lowers the volume of the music you're listening to and makes it easier to hear the other person's voice through the microphones on the headphones.

Speak-to-Chat is disabled by default. Use the Sony | Sound Connect app to enable this function.
