Does the Bar Speaker produce sound after you check the connection with the television?

Connect the television's optical digital output terminal to the Bar Speaker optical digital input terminal via the optical digital cable.
If they are already connected, remove the currently connected optical digital cable, and then reinsert it.

  The issue was caused by a faulty connection with the optical digital cable.
