This article provides steps to help you resolve the issue by checking your device settings and enabling the necessary services on your TV.
Step 1: Restart your device
Restart your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2: Accept the Privacy Policy
To use the Apple TV app, AirPlay, and HomeKit, you need to enable the Sony Smart TV services via the BRAVIA TV Privacy Policy.
- Press the HELP button on the remote control.
If your remote does not have a HELP button, use one of these options:- Press the
(Input) button, then select Help.
- Press the Home button, then select Your apps → See all → Help.
- Press the Quick Settings button, then select Settings → Help and feedback → Help.
- Press the Quick Settings button, then select Help.

- Go to Status & Diagnostics, then select Privacy settings.
- Review the Privacy Policy.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Choose how you want to set your privacy preferences:
- Set your privacy preferences for the Provide Sony Smart TV features section or select the Agree to all of the items above option to accept all the terms, then select Proceed or Agree and proceed.
- Set your privacy preferences for Sony Smart TV services or select the Agree all option to accept the terms.
Step 3: Open AirPlay
Press the Input button on the remote control, then select AirPlay.
