To check the warranty status of your purchased product:
- Make sure you have already registered your product in My Sony.

For existing My Sony members, please log in to My Sony to register your products.
Note: Not all products require warranty registration. Examples of product that cannot be registered are listed below:
- Batteries & Chargers, Tripods, Remotes, Underwater Housing, Bags, Pouches, Cases, Straps, Lens Filters, Memory Card, Memory Card Readers, and other non-serialized products.
Premium Care
Sony Premium Care, offered by Sony, is an optional service that customers can top up to enhance their ownership experience with selected Sony products. Designed to provide peace of mind, it includes extended warranty coverage, comprehensive maintenance checks (for selected items), and discounts on service parts.

Overseas Warranty
For any products that have been purchased in Singapore and will be used in other countries or Singapore.
