    Potential causes and workarounds

    • Accept the Bluetooth pairing request if you haven't already.
Depending on your smartphone, the request message may only appear in the notification section.
    • If the number of devices paired with your smartphone has reached the maximum, remove any devices you no longer need and try pairing again.
    • If you reinitialize a registered device, delete the existing pairing information from your smartphone and try pairing again.

How to delete the pairing information

The following steps are just examples. For details about your smartphone settings, refer to your smartphone manual.

    • Android device
      1. Swipe down on the screen, then tap the Bluetooth icon to set the Bluetooth function to ON.
      2. Select Settings → Device connection.
      3. On the Previously connected devices list, select the Settings icon to the right of LE_xxxxx (the model name you want to delete).
      4. Select Forget → Forget device.
