Why can't I get new channels?

The TV cannot automatically receive new broadcast services. To get new broadcast services, rescan the channels as follows:

For Android TV™/Google TV™ models:

1. Open the Settings screen. How to access the Settings
   • If the remote control has a Quick Settings ( or ) button, press the Quick Settings button and select Settings.
   • If the remote control does not have a Quick Settings ( or ) button, press the HOME button and select Settings.
2. The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
   • Select Channels & Inputs → Channels → Channel setup → Auto tuning → Digital → Next
   • Select Channels & Inputs → Channels → Channel setup → Auto tuning → Digital
     Note: Depending on your model, you may need to enter the pin code after selecting Auto tuning.
   • Select Watching TV → Channel setup → Auto tuning → Digital
   • Select Watching TV → Channels → Channel setup → Auto tuning → Digital
   • Select Watching TV → Channels → Channel setup → Digital setup → Digital tuning → Digital auto tuning
   • Select Channel setup → Digital setup → Digital tuning → Digital auto tuning

For models below:

KLVxxP4xxB Series, KDxxS9xxxB Series, KDLxxW5xxB Series, KDLxxW6xxB Series, KDLxxW7xxB Series, KDLxxW8xxB Series, KDLxxW9xxB Series, KDxxX8xxxB Series, KDxxX9xxxB Series, XBRxxX8xxB Series, XBRxxX9xxB Series, W70C series and W78C series

1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Digital Set-up.
4. Select Digital Auto Tuning.

For other models:

Select the procedure below that corresponds to your TV.

Step A

1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select System Settings.
4. Select Channel Set-up.
5. Select Digital Set-up.
6. Select Digital Tuning.
7. Select Digital Auto Tuning.
8. Select OK.

Step B

1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Preferences or System Settings.
4. Select Channel Setup.
5. Select Auto Program or Auto Tuning.
6. Select OK.
