During initial setup, your TV may not show all available Wi-Fi networks. This can happen due to:
- Your TV can display only a limited number of Wi-Fi networks during setup.
- In a crowded wireless environment, some networks, especially 6 GHz networks, may not appear right away.
- If your router is set to hide the network name (SSID), the network may not appear in the list.
If you encounter this behavior, try the following:
- Refresh the Wi-Fi scan.
- Go back to the previous screen.
- Open the Wi-Fi network list again.
- Check if your 6 GHz network appears.
- Connect after setup.
- Complete the initial TV setup.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Network & Internet.
- Choose your 6 GHz Wi-Fi network and connect.
After refreshing the scan or connecting through Settings, your 6 GHz Wi-Fi network should appear and allow you to connect.
