Sound Bar audio is out of sync with the TV picture
If audio and video are out of sync when the Sound Bar is connected to a TV, check the settings and connection of each device, depending on the environment of usage.
IMPORTANT: If model-specific information is required to complete any of the steps in this solution, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the product.
When playing TV audio with the Sound Bar
- Set the TV audio output setting to PCM.
- Change the Sound Bar settings as follow, using the included remote control.
- Set Sound Mode to Music by pressing the sound mode setting button (Music).
- Set VERTICAL S. to Off by pressing the VERTICAL S. button repeatedly.

When playing audio from a Blu-ray Disc player, cable box, or similar device with the Sound Bar
Audio and video may be out of sync if audio is played from the Sound Bar when a Blu-ray Disc player, cable box, or similar device is connected directly to a TV with an HDMI cable.
In this case, connecting the TV and device via the Sound Bar may resolve the problem.

Correct example:

[C]. Blu-ray Disc player, cable box, satellite box, etc.
NOTE: Use the Sound Bar's HDMI IN jack when connecting a Blu-ray Disc player, cable box, or similar device to the Sound Bar.
