Windows Explorer crashes when copying and pasting files from one folder to another.

This issue can occur if the copy and paste operation requires Administrator level rights. To avoid the issue, follow this procedure to open Windows® Explorer with Administrator level rights.

1. Click the Start button and then in the Start Search box, type explorer.exe.
2. Right-click explorer, and then click Run as administrator.
