Cessation of 3G network and support for Emergency Call over VoLTE

IMPORTANT: Information in this article is applicable for Singapore models only.

3G network service has been discontinued with effect from 31 July 2024.

As a result, older phones models that rely on 3G networks and does not support VoLTE will no longer be able to make calls or Emergency Calls after this date. To ensure uninterrupted service, we recommend upgrading to a 4G or 5G compatible phones sold by authorised dealers in Singapore.
