Wi-Fi cannot reconnect to my home access point after the latest software update, what can I do?

You may be facing the issue that Wi-Fi of your Xperia phone cannot reconnect to your home access point after the latest software update. (Build number: 62.0.A.3.163) 

Recovery

Please try these methods one after the other to solve this issue temporally. 

1. Wi-Fi on/off: Find and tap Settings → Network & Internet → Tap the switches beside Wi-Fi.
2. If step-1 does not help, please restart your Xperia phone.  

Solution 

Please update the sytem software to the latest version.
