    Domestic Warranty

    For any products that have been purchased in Singapore and will be used in Singapore.

    Note: Not all products require warranty registration. Examples of product that cannot be registered are listed below:

    • Batteries & Chargers, Tripods, Remotes, Underwater Housing, Bags, Pouches, Cases, Straps, Lens Filters, Memory Card, Memory Card Readers, and other non-serialized products.

    Premium Care

    Sony Premium Care, offered by Sony, is an optional service that customers can top up to enhance their ownership experience with selected Sony products. Designed to provide peace of mind, it includes extended warranty coverage, comprehensive maintenance checks (for selected items), and discounts on service parts.
