How can I find my Sound Bar and Home Cinema model name?

    Sound bar

    The model name and serial number are located on the bottom or back of the unit.

    1. Model name (e.g. HT-CT790 or HT-S350)
    2. Serial number

    Notes:

    • Some of our products have model names that start with "YY" followed by 4 or 6 digits. These models have dual model names.
    • To easily find support information or register your product, please use the model name that begins with "HT".
    • If you are unable to find the model name that begin with "HT", refer to Model name and code information and use the "YY" model number to find the model that starts with "HT". 

    Soundbar model name (1) and serial number (2) location

    Blu-ray Disc player

    The model name (e.g. BDP-S580) is located on the front and back of the player. The serial number is located on the product sticker on the back, as shown in the image below.

    1. Model name
    2. Serial number

    The model name is located on the front of the main player (e.g. BDV-E500W).

    Internet TV Blu-ray Disc player

    The model name is located on the front and bottom (e.g. NSZ-GT1)

    Blu-ray Disc portable player

    The model name is on the front near, or on, the disc compartment cover (e.g. BDP-SX1000)
