Does the speaker start charging when you connect it to another AC adapter or USB port?

If you have another AC adaptor, replace the currently connected AC adapter with it and see if you can charge the speaker.
If you are charging by connecting to a computer, see if you can charge them by connecting to another USB port.

• The speaker starts charging

  The AC adapter or USB port may be malfunctioning. Contact the manufacturer.

• The speaker does not start charging
