Why can't the image be captured from the DV equipment with DVgate Version 2.*?
Please check the settings of DVgate motion when the image cannot be captured from the DV equipment.
1. Settings of the dialog box displayed when capturing images.
Settings include location to which the file is stored, storage of different files, specification of the directory to which the file is stored, entry of the file name, etc.
Change the settings and try to capture the image again.
2. Settings of the specified cue-in point
Specify the cue-in point away from the unrecorded portion by 1 second or longer.
3. Settings of the in-point and the out-point.
If there is an unrecorded part or a break of audio between the in-point and the out-point, or discontiguous multiple time codes exist on a tape, images may not be captured.
4. Settings of the Recover lost frame option.
If the image cannot be captured only when the Recover lost frame option is selected, there may be problems with the tape.
