Why does an error appear when a JPG file is set as a wallpaper?
A DIBENG.DLL error occurs when a JPG file is set as a wallpaper.
To resolve this symptom, please follow the steps below.
1. Start Paint and load the JPG file.
2. Click Image and click Stretch/Skew.
3. Enter values shown below:
Original image size Stretch (horizontal/vertical)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
640*480 160%
800*600 128%
4. Click OK and save the file.
5. Set the new saved JPG file as the new wallpaper.
