Changing the bitrate when transferring tracks to the ATRAC audio device using SonicStageCP 4.0.
Please refer the steps below to change the bitrate：
1. Click Start，point to All Programs，point to SoincStage，then click SoincStage.
2. Click Transferand select the target device.
3. Select the tracks to be transferred in My Library, and Click Transfer Mode Settings.
4. Click Specified bit rate transfer mode. Select the proper bit rate.
