Connection status cannot be confirmed message is displayed during the network upgrade.
There may be a problem with the network connection. Verify the network connection and settings if correct.
- Check the Ethernet cable to make sure it is securely connected to the LAN (100) terminal on the unit and to the Internet source.
- Check the Blu-ray Disc/DVD Home Theatre System network settings and confirm that the system has its own IP address.
Note: If you use a proxy server, enter the IP address of the proxy server you use, instead of the proxy host name, in the Proxy Server input field.
- Follow the Network Upgrade Instructions again.
