Configuring the settings of Internet protocol or DNS server in Windows Vista.
Please refer to the steps below to set up Internet protocol and DNS server.
- Click Start, and then click Connect To.
- Right-click the icon of network connection, and then click Properties
※ The following interface is an example.
- Click Networking
- Click the required Internet protocol in The connection uses the following items, and then click Properties.
※ Some providers of Internet protocol support TCP/IPv6.
- Select Use the following DNS server addresses, and then fill the addresses which are assigned by providers of Internet protocol into Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server one by one.
※ Some providers of Internet protocol do not need to set up Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server.

- Click OK, and then close the dialog box.
