    Follow the steps below to wear the headphones correctly:

    1. Check the L (Left) and R (Right) marks on the earpads.

      The L and R characters help you identify the left and right sides of the earpads.

      The left unit also has the following buttons: Power, Noise canceling/Ambient Sound Mode, and Listening mode. The right unit does not have any buttons.

    2. Extend the sliders and wear the headphones in the correct direction.

      Adjust the earpad so it covers your ear completely.

      Note:

      Make sure the earpad cushion does not bump against your ear.

    3. Adjust the slider so the headband softly touches the top of your head

      Make sure the earpad cushion does not slip off your ear.
      If the headband slips off your head after adjusting the slider, gently push the slider in to make the headband shorter.
      When wearing or storing the headphones in the carrying case, do not twist or put excessive force on the headphones or slider.
