If you cannot hear sound from the headphones or the sound is too low, check the following:
- Make sure the connected device is turned on.
- Adjust the volume on the connected device. If the volume is too low, turn it up.
- If the headphones are connected to a computer, make sure the sound output setting of the computer is set to INZONE E9.
- Make sure the mini plug is securely inserted into the mini jack of the USB Type-C™ audio box.
- Restart the game or app you are using.
- Restart the connected device.
Notes:
- Connecting the headphones to a smartphone is not covered by the warranty.
- Connecting the headphones to a PlayStation®5 using the USB Type-C audio box is not covered by the warranty. Connect the headphones to the headphone jack of the PS5™ controller.
- Connect the USB Type-C audio box directly to the computer. Do not use a USB hub.
