- Earbud tips are not supplied with the replacement earbuds and must be purchased separately.
If you lose or damage the earbuds, or the charging case, replacements are available for purchase. Estimated replacement costs are listed below.
After you receive the replacement, perform a standard initialization by referring to this link for initialization instructions.
