TV has no sound or picture when connected to a PS5™ with an HDMI cable

There is an issue in the TV software which may cause the TV to have no sound or picture for a period of time (approximately one minute) when the TV is connected to the PS5 gaming console. This issue will be addressed in a future software update. Please bookmark this page and check back periodically for updated information.
In the meantime, you can use this workaround to temporarily resolve the issue:
IMPORTANT: This setting change will down-convert the 4K120Hz signal to 4K60Hz, so be sure to update the TV software when it becomes available.
- Change the HDMI Signal Format setting to Standard format or Enhanced format (Dolby Vision) for the HDMI input the PS5 is connected to.
- Select Settings — Watching TV — External inputs — HDMI signal format.
- Select the HDMI input the PS5 is connected to, and then change the setting to Standard format or Enhanced format (Dolby Vision).
- On the remote control, press and hold the Power button until Restart appears on the TV screen, and then press Enter to restart it.
