This article is designed to assist if the portable projector is unable to produce sound when set to HDMI mode.
NOTE: Each of these steps is a possible resolution. Check to see if sound can be heard after following each step.
- Verify if the audio setting of the HDMI® output device such as a Blu-ray Disc® player that is connected to the Wireless unit is set to 2ch LPCM.

NOTE: There will be no sound produced from the portable projector if the audio setting of the connected device is set to a different audio format such as Dolby Digital.
- Restart the portable projector.
