Here in Singapore, our environmental commitment is demonstrated by our achievement as the first manufacturing facility in the country to achieve the ISO-14001 certification for environment management systems in 1996. Since then, all our electronics-related facilities have been ISO-14001 certified and we are constantly improving upon our environmental performance. Our employees are actively involved in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment via activities such as energy and water conservation, recycling and waste minimization. We also sponsor environmental-related projects which are received well by the community and Sony employees. We aim to create a better future for our next generation and we strongly believe that everyone has a role to play. As such, we would like to share with you some of our environmental materials so that you can help us make this earth a better place to live in.
