Promotion Terms & Conditions


  1. Sony is extending free $5 NTUC FairPrice E-Vouchers to customers who purchase any of the below mentioned eligible products (the "Product(s)") below and register their Product warranty online.

    Interchangable-lens Cameras All E-Mount mirrorless models
    Lenses All E-Mount Models
    Compact Cameras All Compact Camera models
  2. This promotion is valid from 7 November 2024 to 1 January 2025 (inclusive of both dates) or until all 1,000 E-Vouchers have been issued, whichever occurs first.
  3. This promotions is only applicable for
    (i) purchases made with authorised dealers in Singapore and
    (ii) existing My Sony Rewards Members who have signed up for an account before 7 November 2024. For the list of authorised dealers, please refer to https://www.sony.com.sg/section/retailshops
  4. To qualify for the promotion, customers are required register their warranty online for their Product(s) within 14 days from date of receipt of Product. No extensions will be granted. Terms and Conditions for My Sony Rewards registration apply.
  5. Eligible customers who successfully register their warranty online will receive a Sony Authorised Reqgistration Confirmation Email (containing a unique Redemption Code and the Link to the gift) at their registered email address by the next working day, for the redemption of their
    complimentary gift.
  6. Customers who are under the Auto Warranty service would have their warranty automatically registered in their account within 8 days upon date of delivery and will thereafter receive a Sony Authorised Registration Confirmation Email (containing a unique Redemption Code and the Link to the E-Voucher) at their registered email address, for the redemption of their complimentary E-Voucher.
  7. If customers do not receive the Sony Authorised Registration Confirmation Email within 14 days of registration, please contact our Customer Contact Centre during operating hours (Monday - Friday, 1000hrs - 1700hrs excluding Public Holidays). Queries on this issue after 15 January 2025
    will not be entertained.
  8. Please access the complimentary E-Voucher at the given link and redeem at FairPrice App & Web or any participating FairPrice Supermarkets, FairPrice Xtra, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Shop, Warehouse Club and Unity Pharmacy (except Changi Airport) within 180 days upon receiving the Sony Authorised Registration Confirmation Email.
  9. Sony is not responsible for undelivered, misdirected (due to incorrect email address) and/ or loss of the Sony Authorised Redemption Email. Requests for the replacement of the Sony Authorised Redemption Email will not be entertained.
  10. All free gifts are whilst stocks last.
  11. Sony reserves the right to replace the free gift with another item of similar value as determined by Sony in its sole discretion.
  12. The free gift is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
  13. The original receipt of purchase must be retained and presented upon request by Sony for Product warranty verification purposes.
  14. By registering the Product online, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions as well as the standard Terms & Conditions.
