Sony Premium Care, offered by Sony, is an optional service that customers can top up to enhance their ownership experience with selected Sony products. Designed to provide peace of mind, it includes extended warranty coverage, comprehensive maintenance checks (for selected items), and discounts on service parts.
Premium Care is available for customers who have purchased selected Sony products.

To be eligible for Premium Care, you must be a My Sony Rewards Member and register your product's warranty within 14 days of purchasing the main unit. Upon meeting these criteria, you will receive an exclusive link via your warranty confirmation email to purchase Premium Care. To proceed, simply follow the link, add the product to your cart, and complete the payment. You will then receive an order confirmation once your purchase is successfully completed. Additionally, Premium Care can also be purchased directly at our Sony Stores at the time of buying the main unit.
Premium Care must be purchased within 30 days of purchasing the main unit to access the benefits.
Yes, you can cancel your Premium Care purchase within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claim has taken place

Premium Care extended warranty services are only valid within Singapore, they may not be applicable once you return to your home country.
Damage coverage will be identical with the standard warranty (12 months) and My Sony extended warranty (additional 3 months). You may review the terms and conditions here.
