How to get sound from headphones and the Bravia TV speakers at the same time.

    IMPORTANT:

    • Some TV models cannot output sound from both the headphones and the TV speakers at the same time. For details, refer to the manual of your TV.
    • Some Android TV™ models released from 2018 to 2020 have different specifications. If your TV is listed below, check the How to listen to your TV through headphones and the TV speakers, soundbar, or another audio device at the same time article.

    How to set up the TV

    For Android TV (Except for the models in the list below):

     Excluded model list

    1. Using the supplied remote control, Press the HOME button.
    2. Select  Settings.
    3. The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
      • Select Display & SoundAudio output.
      • Select Sound.
    4. Select Headphone/Audio out.
    5. Select Audio out (Fixed).
    6. On the Remote control, press the BACK button.
    7. Select Headphone speaker link.
      NOTE: If Headphone speaker link is not shown, select Audio to both TV speakers & other device to enable it and skip step 8.
    8. Select Speakers on.

    For other TVs:

    NOTE: The following steps are an example. For details, refer to the manual of your TV.

    1. Using the supplied remote control, Press the HOME button.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select Preferences or System Settings.
    4. Select Setup.
    5. Select AV Setup.
    6. Select Headphone/Audio out.
    7. Select Audio out.
    8. Press the BACK or RETURN button to go back to AV Setup.
    9. Select Audio out.
    10. Select Fixed.
