We'd like to announce that there is an LCD panel issue affecting the following BRAVIA LCD TV models sold in Singapore since April 2011 where, depending on customer’s usage condition, the symptoms described below may arise.
As such, the in-warranty terms for the models below for such symptoms will be extended to 31st March, 2016.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
