The Illumination LED or bottom of the screen lights up or blinking in different colors.

What does the light at the bottom of the screen mean?

    The table below contains an overview of the meaning of the different colors.

    The Illumination LED

    The Illumination LED lights up or blinks in response to remote control operations and lights up in different colors according to the status of the TV.
    NOTE: Depending on the region and TV model, the availability of the functions and relevant Illumination LEDs may differ. For details, refer to the Help Guide (Web manual).

    When the built-in camera or microphone is operating

    Yellow

    When the built-in MIC is used and the TV is in standby mode

    NOTES:

    • If the LED on your TV lights or blinks in a different manner, service might be required. Check the color of the LED and how many times it blinks, then contact support.
    • If the LED lights up in white or green and the TV turns on, but the screen is not displayed, try the following:  
      Try unplugging the power cord (mains lead), waiting for about 30 seconds, and plugging it back in to see if the screen is displayed. If the issue persists, contact support.

     

    The bottom of the screen (For Android TV)

    The bottom of the screen lights up in various situations, such as when a smartphone or other device is recognized via the home network, when the recording timer or on timer are set, when a recording is in progress, and so on.
