Why does serial number field prompt invalid serial number / IMEI number?
Product purchased from E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 etc.
Some E-commerce platforms sellers are selling Sony products supplied from overseas which are not applicable for warranty by Sony Singapore.
As such, the serial numbers or IMEI numbers of these products will be invalid when entered into the serial number field.
