    Managing files

    On the file management screen, you can view a list of imported and exported files, and you can add files to projects or remove them.

    1. Select [Files] at left on the home screen.

    2. Perform your preferred operations.

      • A. Filter display: Filter file display by All, Labeled, Exported, or Projects.
        • To make it easier to find the files you use most often, you can use labels.
      • B. (Export status) : Displays the Export status screen.
      • C. Sort: List view only: Selecting an item sorts files in ascending or descending order.
      • D. Add: To add video files, select [Upload from this device] or [Select from Creators' Cloud storage]. Importing video files
      • E. Switch display: Switch between Index view and List view.
      • F. (management options): Available options include selecting multiple files and adding them to other projects or labeling or deleting them.
        • Options vary depending on the files listed.
        • With [Delete file], deleting files that are used for projects you are editing will prevent you from using them as the source files. Deletion does not affect files already exported.
      • G. Storage used: Storage used for Master Cut (Beta) and Others (in Creators' Cloud)
        • Selecting (Information) opens a page with your Creators' Cloud storage subscription and usage.
      • H. File thumbnails: Select to view a preview of the file. (Only supported video files.)

      • I. File names
      • J. (file options): Available options include selecting individual files and adding them to other projects or labeling or deleting them.
        • Available options vary depending on the selected file.
