Notice to Owners of the Marine Pack MPK-WEB/WF for Free Checkup and Free Product Exchange

Thank you for your continued interest in Sony Products.

Sony has recently discovered the possibility of slight water leakage on several units of the Marine Pack MPK-WEB and MPK-WF which were used underwater with specific Cyber-shot models. The affected MPK-WEB and MPK-WF units were sold from September 2009 and February 2010 respectively.

To ensure customer satisfaction, Sony will provide a free checkup and free exchange of parts if necessary for the specified models below.

Model name and serial number are written on the label pasted on the bottom inside of the marine pack.
