When searching for Car Audio by operating the cellular phone etc, on condition that the Unit is connected with the other Bluetooth device, the Unit cannot be found by the search even though "Visibility"setting is set to "Show".
Some cellular phone may disconnect the Bluetooth connection when the Handsfree mode is turned off. (Make the Microphone and Speaker switch to the cellular phone)
Please connect to the MEX-BT5000 / MEX-BT5100 again by operating the cellular phone.
You may not be able to completely end a call on some cellular phone even though the speech partner hungs up the phone. In this case, please end a call by pressing OFF button of the Car Audio.
Depending on the devices, a part of the Audio operation functions (such as Reverse/fast-forward a track) may be unavailable.
Sound interruption (while Handsfree talking, Music Streaming) may occur depending on the operation status, the radio wave condition and the utilization condition of the cellular phone.
There may be time lag between the operation of the Car Audio and that of the cellular phone when incoming call/outgoing call.
If you cannot operate the Bluetooth function of the Car Audio, please turn off the Unit by pressing the OFF button for 2 seconds.
And turn on the Unit by pressing OFF button for 2 seconds or pressing the Source button. And then re-operate it.
If music replay operation on this Bluetooth Car Audio is unavailable, or the sound isn't output, please operate the Bluetooth Audio device for music replay.
Noise and/or echo may occur during a call
Depending on the cellular phones, the contact name may get reversed when it is transferred.
Some characters of the contact may not be displayed correctly.
