What is the VAIO International Repair Service Program and does my VAIO come
      with this service?

VAIO International Repair Service Program

Applicable to certain VAIO models* only, the VAIO IRSP (International Repair Service Program) lets your enjoy free-of-charge hardware repair for a period of twelve months from the original date of purchase in designated countries. To ensure that repair services are also within reach when you travel abroad, simply register your VAIO here.   

*Applicable to only these models:Z48, Z47, Z46, Z45, Z37, TT27, TT26, TT25, TT17, TT16, TT15, CS36, CS33, SR45

Can I service my VAIO overseas?

VAIO Overseas Service

For additional peace of mind while travelling, get the VAIO Overseas Service at just SGD$90 (excluding GST) within 60 days of your VAIO purchase. It provides you with one-year free servicing of your VAIO in any of the countries listed here.

How long is the warranty period?
For customers who sign up as a My Sony member and register their warranty online, they will be given an additional 3-month warranty, which adds up to a total of 15-month warranty.

For customers who submit their warranty card offline, they will be given a 12-month warranty for their laptop.
